The Untersulzbachtal is a lesser-known and wilder valley winding from the famous Gross Venediger mountain (as opposed to the better-known and larger Obersulzbachtal, where the hiking trail leads to the famous Kürsingerhütte mountain hut). The waterfall itself is roughly 80 meters high and flows through a narrow gorge. A hiking trail runs along both sides of the gorge with many viewpoints, so you can make a circuit.
