One of the attractions of the town of Jičín is the quarry on the hill Čeřovka. Directly above it rises the Milohlídka lookout tower – the oldest in the Bohemian Paradise. During the First Republic, there was an open-air theater in the quarry. Today, cultural events are sometimes held here.
