Preikestolen is one of the most famous and interesting places in Norway. It is a rock plateau 604 meters above Lysefjorden. In English it is called „Preacher's Pul­pit“. It is located approximately 30 km east of Stavanger. The ascent back and forth takes about 3–4 hours
