Kang Yatse (6,401m asl) / sometimes written as Kang Yisay / is probably the second most famous mountain in Ladakh after Stok Kangri. Trekkers enjoy the view of it, especially during the famous Markha Trek. Its pre-top, ca. 6,200 meters above sea level, is relatively easy to ascent, so it belongs to the targets for collectors of six thousand „tourist“ dimensions.
