Eagle's Nest (Kehlsteinhaus) was built in 1937–1938 to Hitler's 50th birthday. Is located in Berchtesgaden National Park. There is a 6.5 km long road leading to it. You can get to the inwards of the Eagle's Nest by a luxurious historic elevator from the Venetian Mirrors, it is forbidden to take photos here, which is 124m long. The views of the surroundings are impressive. However, Adolf Hitler did not like Eagle's nest because of his claustrophobia
