Range with the most beautiful mountain in Slovakia
Malá Fatra is the fourth highest mountain range in Slovakia and one of the most visited. The highest peak is Velký Kriváň (1,709 m asl), but the real symbol of this mountain range is the most beautiful mountain in Slovakia – Velký Rozsutec (1,610 m above sea level). The most popular hiking trail is, of course, a main ridge and then a wandering through local gorges such as Jánošíkove diery.
