To the mouth of gorge Pareis
Beach Sa Calobra belongs among the most interesting beaches throughout Mallorca. In addition, there is a lovely road with panoramic views leading to it, and you can also make a break from swimming and set out for a hike to the gorge Torrent de Pareis. It is the perfect place for at least a half day trip.
Boats at Sa Calobra
From the parking lot awaits you quite interesting walk to the beach. Since the surrounding rock walls fall almost vertically into the sea, there is the trail fired into the rock in several places and there is also a small tunnel. From the path are nice views of the cruise boats.

The bay itself is very narrow and from the window in the tunnel is another nice view of the boats.
Outlook hill
To the scenic hill (279 m asl) on the other side of the bay leads also the tourist path, but it makes a detour through the gorge Pareis.
Mouth of the gorge Pareis
Beach Sa Calobra is actually the mouth of the gorge Pareis into the sea, so you can also find here small ponds of fresh water. The pebble beach itself is surrounded by high walls.
Romantic Sa Calobra?
If you want to enjoy a little romance at Sa Calobra, set off from your hotel early in the morning, because it will be crowded after a while.

Also the views from the beach are worth it. The surrounding mountains rise from sea almost to the height of several hundred meters.
