To the largest mainland glacier in Europe
The Nigardsbreen glacier slide is part of the largest continental glacier in Europe, the Jostedalsbreen. The hike from the parking lot to the glacier is very low and takes about 2 hours, even with frequent breaks for photography.
The first view of the glacier
