Place Melichova skala

About an hour's walk from the Skliarovo bus stop in Detve is Melichova skala. The rock is interesting for its volcanic origin, but also for beautiful views of the surrounding countryside with a dominant typical spa settlement. In addition, the rock is also interesting for climbers and there are several climbing routes. It is a perfect place for a short walk, but also as a start to the road to Poľana, as it is located on a blue marked tourist sign.
