The most famous abyss in the Czech Republic
The Macocha abyss is located in the Moravian Karst, which is the largest karst system in Czech republic. Macocha is approximately 138m deep. The gorge can be seen from two sightseeing bridges or during a tour of the Punkev caves during which we get to the bottom of the abyss. At the bottom of the abyss there are two deep lakes.
