Article Tour of Mikulov

A good starting point for a tour can be the parking lot at the southern end of the historic center, from where there is a nice view of the castle.

From the parking lot it is only about 300 meters to the city center. On the Square you will find, for example, the beautiful Sgraffito House U Rytířů, a fountain and an interesting baroque column of the Holy Trinity

Through the beautiful sculpture of the Holy Trinity, you can see the second main tourist destination – the Holy Hill

From Náměstí we continue directly to the castle. First we step into the beautiful castle garden. As we walk around the castle, the view of this monumental building changes

After going around the whole castle, you will reach the main entrance, which is guarded by the Blade Tower. There is also a nice fountain in the courtyard. If you are interested in interiors, you can buy tickets here.

From the castle there is a nice view of the rock with the ruins of Kozí Hrádek. We will continue there now
