About 1.3 km east of the village of Staré Hobzí lies on the river Moravská Dyje Loucký mill (Bruckmühle). At this place stood and operated a water mill built before 1190. It is therefore one of the oldest mills in Bohemia and the oldest mill in Moravia. . He first served for the Premonstratensian monastery in Louka near Znojmo. It burned down in 1901, but was restored and continued to operate.

In addition to the former mill, the extensive complex includes a drive with a drive, a reconstructed outcrop and a nice chapel. It is the oldest mill in Moravia, whose origin is documented as early as 1190. It burned down in 1901 and partially remains the original masonry of the black kitchen and barn, which was included in the restored building. Within four years, a new mill was built, which hides the building-historical structures of the original building. The core of the current mill is really only from the end of the 12th century. Further building development took place in the 1920s, when a chapel, exhausts and a turbine house were built.
