Son Saura beach is located 12 km from the city of Ciutadella. It is a relatively large beach (more than 300 m long) with typical white sand. Son Saura is one of the most visited beaches on the island. Its capacity is limited by the size of the parking lot. Cruise ships go to the beach. However, thanks to the size of the beach, people can spread out well here.

Typical blue

Son Saura is characterized by beautifully blue water. Thanks to the length of the beach and the width of the bay, a large number of boats are anchored here, which completes the atmosphere of the place.

The ubiquitous sand

The beach is sandy, but in some places it is covered with buns of a kind of water moss. However, this does not detract from her attractiveness.

Clear water

The water here is crystal clear, shallow and pleasantly warm. In one place there are some stones, otherwise the bottom is sandy.

Another services

If you're expecting some kind of associated infrastructure, it's not here. However, a gentleman walks along the beach with a wheelbarrow full of fruit that can be purchased. The Lord cannot be overheard because he makes sounds like a parrot when he is cutting fruit. There are toilets on the way from the parking lot. The distance from the parking lot to the beach is about 200 meters along a comfortable path. We rated Son Saura as the most pleasant beach on the island, because it fulfills everything – beautiful water, sand and, above all, peace.
