About 23 km east of Paphos is a place called Petra tou Romiou, but everyone knows it better as „Aphrodite's Beach“. It is here, according to Greek mythology, that the goddess of love and beauty Aphrodite emerged from the sea foam.

Amazing natural scenery

The place where Aphrodite came out of the sea foam is a place with amazing natural scenery (a beach next to the rocks rising from the sea) and an azure sea. It is truly one of the most picturesque places on the coast of Cyprus. Petra tou Romiou is a place of pilgrimage for those who want to find eternal youth and love.
