Just a stone's throw from the famous Petronas Towers – at the southern end of the pretty KLCC Park, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center is home to a beautiful aquarium. An ideal place to visit, for example, at a time when rain clouds are chasing over the city. The aquarium itself is quite large and you will find other animals here than just fish and fish.

Stingrays and sharks

The interiors of the aquarium are very pleasantly done and educational. Among the first exhibits are, for example, interesting sharks and stingrays – the common flatfish and the blue-spotted stingray.

Scarecrows

In addition to fish, there are also a number of exhibits with insects and bugs. Scarecrows are nice.

Lots of fish species

There are really many types of fish – children will appreciate the large aquarium with clowns. There are also many lionfish and an interesting zebra moray

Aquarium gigantic cylinder

Undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful parts is the aquarium in the form of a huge cylinder containing hundreds of fish.

Journey through the underwater tunnel

As with all larger aquariums, one of the biggest attractions here is the part where you walk through a glass tunnel and sharks and stingrays swim above and around you.

Jellyfish

The last section is devoted to jellyfish. There are really a lot of them here, from harmless to violently poisonous.
