Very well accessible hike with the beauty of waterfalls. It is 7 km north of the Cortina d'Ampezzo Olympic Center. You can get here both by bus and by car, where there is a parking lot. A hike that takes 4–6 hours according to the possibilities of the individual and love. The road goes around the river Rio di Fanes. Via Ferrata is also on the route, but it can be avoided. Along the way there are countless waterfalls in beautiful nature surrounded by mountains.

Cascading waterfalls

Very well accessible hike with the beauty of waterfalls. It is 7 km north of the Cortina d'Ampezzo Olympic Center. You can get here both by bus and by car, where there is a parking lot. A hike that takes 4–6 hours as much as possible and loves to enjoy. The road goes around the river Rio di Fanes. Via Ferrata is also on the route, but it can be avoided. Along the way there are countless waterfalls in beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. How to get there most comfortably: The bus stops in the village of Fiames and from there it is 3 km along the bike path to the signpost to the waterfalls. By car to the parking lot and from here along the marked hiking trail. The road is comfortable because it goes with the bike path at the same time. After a few kilometers there is an ascent and the tops of the mountains begin to appear. When we get to the views of the canyon of the river Rio di Fanes. Here you need to look at the map and decide where to go, because after 200–300 meters there is a large crossroads. There is a turn to the small Via Ferrata, so it is a clear choice for fans. Then there is the red route and the bike path. The red tourist goes straight and is steep. A comfortable climb is then along the bike path. So let's do a little circuit here and now what's more comfortable for whom. We went along the bike path to the upper waterfall, which is TOP on this trail. The waterfall can be walked behind the waterfall, but ATTENTION! it's like your Via Ferrata. From here, follow the red down and enjoy one waterfall after another, small, larger or creepy. The way down is quite steep, this is true for those who go up the red. Anyway, probably better waterfalls in this area, this way will not be accessible and accessible. The road will take us again to a large crossroads and back to the car or bus. The rest of the day I can move to Cortina d'Ampezzo or visit another part of the Dolomites.

A comfortable journey
