In Agra you will find not only the Red Fort and the most famous monument of India – the Taj Mahal, but also a number of other tombs. One of the most beautiful of them is the so-called Little Taj – Itimad-ud-Daulah, built during the Mughal era in the 17th century

Entrance gate to the complex

Unlike the Taj Mahal, the Itimad-ud-Daulah Mausoleum is located on the right bank of the Yamuna River and much further north. The best way to get here is with tuk tuk. The entrance gate itself is quite nice

The mausoleum is right in the middle of the whole pavilion and it is a very nice building

The advantage over the Taj Mahal is that there are practically no tourists

An oasis of calm

Unlike the dirty and overcrowded Agra, this complete caress of the soul. Absolutely tidy and clean place. If you need to recharge your flashlight, the perfect place to relax
