To the southeast of the center of Příbram you will find the most important Marian pilgrimage site in Bohemia – the Holy Mountain. The center of the whole area is the beautiful Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. Of great interest are the Holy Mountain Stairs connecting the center of Příbram with the top of the mountain

Entrance to the Svatohorské stairs

A trip to the Holy Mountain cannot be started better than climbing the Svatohorské Stairs. The entrance is relatively inconspicuous at the end of V Brance alley

Pilsen Chapel

Just before the end of the stairs is another opportunity to get in and out and go straight to the chapel. In each of the corners of this pavilion you will find an interesting chapel. The first one you come across is the Chapel of St. Mary Magdalene or also the Pilsen Chapel. This looks like a cave

If you proceed from the chapel along the wall, you will soon come to a side entrance to the center of the complex.
