One of the most important and perhaps the most beautiful parts of the Dunaj-Ipel National Park is the relatively small Visegrád Mountains (Hungarian: Visegrádi-hegység). The highest peak is Dobogó-kő (699m), but far more famous is the slightly lower Prédikálószék (639m) with a well-known lookout and the most beautiful view of the Danube. The peaks seem relatively low, but if you start your hikes from the Danube, which is only 105 meters above sea level, you will get a good footing.
