Aoraki - Mount Cook National Park

In the mountains of the Southern Alps on the South Island you will find the highest mountain in New Zealand – Mount Cook (3,724 m above sea level). Due to its location, the local peaks are significantly more difficult to climb than, for example, the equally high Alpine peaks in Europe. In the national park itself, there are several routes for tourists, who can enjoy the local mountain beauty
