Place Paracas peninsula

Only a short distance from the city of Pisco is located the interesting peninsula of Paracas. The interior is desert and its edges are lined with beautiful yellow cliffs and rock formations. La Cathedral is the most famous of its kind. Together with the nearby Ballestas islands, this area is called the Peruvian Galapagos.
