Place Luxembourg

Luxembourg is the capital of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Like the whole country, Luxembourg with a population of 103,641 is relatively small for the capital. Nevertheless, its economic strength is catching up, because it is an important banking and administrative center. The town is located on a rocky massif above the confluence of the rivers Alzette and Pétrusse, where it overlooks.
