The contrast to Marmaris
Thanks to its relatively secluded location on the southeastern end of the road leading through the Bozburun peninsula is this more than 1.5 km long beach Kumlubük quite deserted and you can swim here without crowds that are in towns further in the north. For this reason stop here for a swim ships (especially on the north end of the beach) visiting local attractions during a several hour lasting popular cruise trip. From Marmaris it is here around 23 km along the outlook road through towns İçmeler and Turunc.

The road ends at a dusty flat spot suitable for parking and then it's up to you whether you dwell on a public beach or move to the chairs at the local restaurant.
Buildings in Kumlubük
Spore buildings in Kumlubük are fortunately not monumental. Large space in the middle of the bay is occupied by Serendip Seelct Hotel, but its vast green gardens are too nice to interfere.
Beach Kumlubük
The beach is almost deserted here, which is very pleasant compared to „crush“ in Marmaris and its surroundings.
Mountain panorama
The panorama is not as breathtaking as in Turunc, but even so it is pleasant to be here and local peace makes up for everything.
The northern end of the bay
It is sometimes busy at the northern end of the bay, because cruise ships stop here for a swim break. Even here, however, may be that in a few years this quiet coast will also be full of hotels. But fortunately, local narrow road is full of curves, which is not ideal for big buses, which can „rescue" this pretty cove.
