Stalin's skyscrapers („sisters“, „highlands“) is the name given to the seven Moscow buildings that were built between 1947–57. These buildings are interesting not only from an architectural point of view, as the pinnacle of the post-war Soviet art deco style, but they also serve visitors to Moscow as excellent landmarks. The main building of Moscow State University, the Kotelnicheskaya House, the Hotel Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kudrinskaya House, the Leningradskaya Hotel and the Krasny Vorota Building are definitely worth a visit.
