Place Mount Rinjani (3,726m)

The still active volcano Mount Rinjani (3,726 m above sea level) is one of the highest volcanoes in Indonesia. It is also the highest mountain on the island of Lombok. It is especially interesting for the large crater lake of turquoise color. The ascent to the volcano is physically demanding due to the high elevation gain.
