The most beautiful area of Indonesia
Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park is a beautiful example of volcanic activity in Indonesia. In the caldera of the ancient volcano Tengger, secondary volcanoes formed like the famous Bromo. On the horizon is a high, still active Semera volcano (3,676 meters above sea level) – the highest peak of Java. Besides the volcanoes, there are several lakes like Lord, Ranu Regulo and Kumbolo.
