Park next to Petronas Tower
One of the main attractions of Kuala Lumpur is the Petronas Towers. They are followed by the pleasant KLCC park – a miniature equivalent of Central Park from NY – a park surrounded by skyscrapers. In the park itself there are several lakes, a swimming pool and in the evening there is a fountain with sound and light.
Skyscrapers above the park
When walking through the park, you often have to tilt your head quite a bit to see the tops of the surrounding buildings. There is no entrance fee to the park, and at its southern end there is another local attraction, the aquarium .
South panorama of the park
In the southern direction, the buildings are not as „significant“ and spectacular as in the north.
Ponds and swimming pool
There are several lakes in the park. There is even a swimming pool where you can get wet. Rather than a real pool, it's a wading pool for children
Beautiful vegetation
You will also find beautiful trees and flowers in the park. In the evening, they are lit up in different colors, so some trees look almost spooky.
Evening in the park
The evening is the most lively here, if only because the brutally illuminated Petronas Tower attracts tourists like a lit lamp of a nightmare. Other skyscrapers are like poor relatives compared to Petronas.
Fountain in KLCC Park
The evening show with the beautifully lit and sounded fountain is really worth it.
