Hike Starý Smokovec - Tatranská Lomnice
Follow the Tatra maigstráře over Hrebienok and Skalnaté pleso
The road starts from Starý Smokovec and passes through Hrebienok and Skalnaté pleso, where it descends back to Tatranská Lomnica, while the whole route is only 13.5 km with an ascent of „only“ 850 m and a descent „only“ 1,100 m. the route can be significantly shortened and can be completed with the help of cable cars, from Starý Smokovec to Hrebienok and then from Skalnate pleso to Tatranska Lomnica.

The journey begins by climbing the green sign from Starý Smokovec next to the cable car track.
