Hike to the Nigardsbreen Glacier
To the largest mainland glacier in Europe
The Nigardsbreen glacier slide is part of the largest continental glacier in Europe, the Jostedalsbreen. The hike from the parking lot to the glacier is very low and takes about 2 hours, even with frequent breaks for photography.
The first view of the glacier
The hike starts in the parking lot, from which, in addition to walking, you can get very close to the glacier and on a boat, which runs about every 15 to 30 minutes.

The whole hike passes around the glacial lake Nigardsbrevatnet.
