The Great Hincovo Pleso is a glacial glacial lake in Hincova Valley in the High Tatras. With an area of 20.08 ha and a depth of 53.7 m it is the largest and deepest Slovak mountain lake „pleso“. It is located at an altitude of 1946 m above sea level and its surface is covered with ice up to 270 days a year.
