The Giessbachfall Waterfall became famous due to its connection with Sherlock Holmes. Even without him, this is a very interesting cascade worth visiting. Resistant hikers can also go high up into the mountains, but the difference of elevation is enormous (Brienz Lake is only 565m asl)
