Europe's largest glacier
Aletschgletscher is the largest glacier in Europe, and in the Alps. It is 23 km long. It is located in the Bernese Alps in Switzerland. There are several cable cars leading to the glacier, which can be enjoyed by magnificent sightseeing routes. In the vicinity of the glacier there is a mountain village where you can stay.
