Lyki Road: The most famous trek in Turkey is the long coastal Lyki Road – the first marked hiking trail in this country. Over time, other „coastal“ routes emerge, such as a short distance from the seaside resort of Marmaris on the Bozburun peninsula, difficult mainly due to the great heat that prevails here Kačkar: Another popular trek is crossing the Kačkar mountains in the north of the country or climbing the biblical mountain Ararat.
