Spain is famous for its coastal rivieras. Some of them are really charming.
- Costa Brava " Wild Coast": for foreign tourists probably the most famous part of Spanish coast leading about 220 km from the border with France to the south. Beautiful bays are followed by high cliffs that have given name to the coastline by its wildness. The most famous resort is Tossa del Mar with its castle overlooking the bay.
- Costa Maresme: located near the Catalan capital of Barcelona.
- Costa Dorada „Gold Coast“: located in the south of Catalonia. Coast is not so rugged as in the north ,and there are also slightly fewer visitors.
- Costa Azahar „Orange blossom coast“: with resorts Alcossebre, Peníscola and Morella
- Costa Blanca ‚White Coast‘: 200 kilometers long coastline with sandy and pebble beaches. Resorts are Alicante and Murcia
- Costa Calida
- Costa Almeria
- Costa Tropical "Tropical coast " near the town Granada
- Costa del Sol " Sunshine Coast": three hundred kilometers of beaches in the province of Malaga directly under the mountains of Sierra Nevada
- Costa de la Luz ' Coast of Light": located at the very south of Spain and is known for good weather and lots of sunny days. But there is also quite windy. The most famous resort is Tarifa.
- Costa Verde
- Costa de Cantabria
- Costa Vasca
