In Ladakh, you will find many beautiful sights – the predominantly Buddhist monasteries or small defensive forts high up in the rocks.

Ladakh is one of the least populated areas of India. Basically, there are only two major cities: Leh and Kargil. Mostly you see here only the small villages surrounding the monastery or scattered farmhouses in the oases of the rivers.
