In Ladakh there are many scenic roads.
- Leh – Manali road is best known, overcome many mountain passes. It connects Ladakh with Himachal Pradesch and Delhi.
- Leh – Srinagar road is for travelers also very important. Connects Ladakh with Kashmir.
- Leh – Nubra Valley road is very popular (leading through the pass Khardung la)
- Leh – Pangong Tso lake road is very beautiful but long (over the pass Chang la)
- ** Kargil – Padum** is very beautiful road leading through the valley of the River Suru until the kingdom of Zanskar.
