  • ** Spring snowdrops ** (Leucojum vernum): In early spring, nature lovers visit protected localities with spring snowdrops, which for a short time will literally create white carpets. You can find them mostly in waterlogged puddles in the company of alders. The most famous localities are in the Bohemian Paradise, by the Ctidružický brook, Olšany in the Telč region, on the Melhutka brook, Hroznětínská louka, in the Cleb valley.
