Bazaar in Kashan is one of its greatest attractions. Not only because of hundreds of colorful shops, but also due to the vast underground channels Qanats supplying drinking water to the town from the surrounding mountains, adjacent mosques and tombs, and last but not least caravanserais or spas. You will spend here the most time during your tour around Kashan.

The entire bazaar is actually a tangle of roofed passages, where sellers and buyers are protected from strong sunlight. There are also plenty of small mosques like this one at one of the side entrances to the bazaar.

The most beautiful part of the Iranian bazaars are beautifully decorated karavansarais.
