Classic Itineraries
A classic itinerary begins with arrival in Puno (by night bus from Cusco or from Arequipa). Here you can see the cathedral or climb the Condor hill (Mirador de Kuntur Wasi). Puno is the main Peruvian basis on Lake Titicaca. You can make a boat trip on the reed islands of Uros tribe and continued to sail to the islands of Taquile and Amantani where you can stay the night. Then awaits transfer to Bolivia to Copacabana with a beautiful snow-white cathedral. From here you can sail to the sacred island of the Sun.
Off Beaten Itineraries
You can try to drive through the northern side of the lake, where there are still villages and towns completely untouched by tourism.
